CV
Roel Backaert (1978, Mortsel Belgium) started his study on photography at SISA in Antwerp. He studied
one year in Brussels on the Sint Lucas Academy and graduated as a Bachelor of Arts at the Gerrit Rietveld
Academie in Amsterdam. Currently he lives and works in Amsterdam.
